You can do it!

My goal with this blog is to motivate you to reach your health and weight loss goals in a simple, easy way without a lot of dieting gimmicks.

The key to my success in weight loss has been to eat convenient, natural foods, to find and eliminate the foods from my diet that were causing inflammation, to walk or exercise for 30 minutes 5 days a week and to visualize myself as slim. I can tell you that the benefits of changing my lifestyle have been wonderful and I hope by reading my Blog and following my 21 Day Food Plan you will achieve your health and weight loss goals!
