I found the secret to losing 50 pounds was greens! Lots of green vegetables, especially spinach and kale. If you make them the focus of your meals, I think they literally flush our bodies of anything fattening and if you eat enough vegetables they are incredibly filling. Think of a huge bowl full of spinach, kale, avocado, peppers, broccoli, peas, beans, grated brussel sprouts, and parsley with some light salad dressing made from fresh lemon, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add a big glass of water or mint tea and eat the greens until you are full. That my friend was the best way for me to lose weight and get a flat stomach again!
