Enjoy the sweet life!

I love sweet food! This might seem like a problem when it comes to losing weight or maintaining a healthy weight, but it's all about finding the secret to enjoying the sweet life! I used to think of candy, ice cream and chocolate bars when I thought of sweet things to eat, however, now I think of fruit, maple syrup and sorbet! One of my favourite desserts is a little sorbet topped with fresh fruit and a drizzle of maple syrup!
